Disclaimer: I've learned some awesome things from the PK speakers.  However, Bill McCartney has a Catholic background and some of the PK administration embraces ecumenicalism.  This has made me give them a tentative endorsement.  Nonetheless, the notes I have taken align with the scriptures.

The ground is level at the foot of the cross.

Praise and faith come from love.

Childish things are thrown away when we become a godly man.

The process of changing from a boy to a man is a choice.

Food can be a distraction and a comfort.

We can't just be men under construction, we have to be men on a mission.

We cannot teach godliness unless we are godly.

When you save a boy, you save a man. When you save a man, you save a marriage. When you save a marriage, you save a family.

We must admit where we are and what has happened to us before we can move onward and upward.

It's ironic that we protect things, but sometimes don't protect our minds.

Immorality gets inside of you. You stop having a shocked face.

Everything we need, God has.

There's no such thing as safe sex, only saved sex.

There's a price I have to pay for standing strong.

God's way is the best way for me.

God didn't give us a spirit of bondage, but a spirit of freedom.

Thinking that your best isn't good enough or that there's always more you can do is a way to minimize what you have done. Do your best and know that it is good enough.

We get about 3300 signals a day to consume and very few to save or to give.

A servant is a slave to God. It's a godly man's job to be a servant to God.

Don't lay up your treasures on earth because they are nothing in Heaven.

God loves you just as you are, but He doesn't want to leave you there. He wants you to have a heart like His.

Don't let your biggest treasure on earth be asphalt in Heaven (gold-streets of gold in Heaven).

There may be nothing wrong with where you are, but things could be better with Jesus.

God's love is not come and go, it's not ebb and flow.

Peter dropped his net and his old identity to be a disciple of Christ. Have you left your net or nets?

God can't love you and more or less tomorrow, but you will love Him either more or less tomorrow.

You don't change so God will love you more. You change so God can use you more.

God isn't trying to make us like somebody else. He's trying to make us like him.

All Christians are under construction because God isn't finished with them, yet.

We are the paper. God is looking at Jesus and painting us like Him.

Nobody has higher dreams for us than God does.

Don't let anything control you, define you, or give you security or be your identity except Jesus.

You can't live your life looking in the review mirror. You will keep getting in wrecks.

Don't rehearse and relive the bad parts of your past. Drop the net.

Jesus didn't have any regrets or guilt. We shouldn't either.

Every decision to spend, for a Christian, is a spiritual decision. Your checkbook and your credit card statement show where your priorities lie.

Christians are called to go against the culture and delay gratification.

We face too much in life to face it alone.

Sympathy is responding to feelings that are stirred up within.

Don't put it off. Do it now.

We should provide a situation where sin can be dealt with, with love. We are not people that shoot our wounded.

We should have confidence before man, but humility before God.

Everybody serves something. Choose to serve the Lord. You can't leave it to anybody else. It is our job to serve the Lord.

Being a servant to others doesn't mean to let go of your manhood, but to let go of your machismo.

Make yourself sing praises to God and worship Him. It will change you in a super way. Don't forget how awesome it is. Do it even when you don't want to.

Life is Christ, the rest are details.

Where there is no humility, there is no healing.

We are blinder than we think. If you admit that you are blind, then you will see.

Know that people will change when the power of God changes them.

If we leave a message from the Bible with no ideas for change or improvement and with no more knowledge or faith or commitment to Christ, we have wasted our time.

Sometimes we are so caught up in our traditions that we disallow the Holy Spirit to work.

Refuse to look downward on other members in the body of Christ.

Satan can sow masks into your life and hide them from you.

Accept the things that are separating us from Jesus and change them with Jesus' help.

It is the direction that we are going, not the speed that we are going that interests God.

God wants us to be godly men, not superstars.

Don't let any residue of prejudice live inside of you.

Jesus will fill you with joy that the world cannot give and the world cannot take away.

God will be our God. We will overcome evil.
