Did you know that there are all kinds of codes in the Bible? There is a very interesting set of codes in the beginning of Genesis.
There are many different kinds of trees mentioned in the Bible. Twenty-six of these trees (and all the trees in the Bible, except the sycamore, apple and juniper) are encoded from Genesis 1:29 to Genesis 2:9! Here is an example of an equidistant, letter sequence code like the one that is used for the tree codes. The word "FIG" is encoded at a rate of 4 in the sentence "For I am God". This is only an example, but you can see how the trees are encoded in this fashion.

From Genesis 1:29 to Genesis 2:9, the following trees are encoded in the Hebrew language. The positive numbers represent the tree being spelled forward and the negative numbers represent when the tree was spelled backwards. The numerical value corresponds to the rate at which the letter is given in the scriptures (like above).

- This was taken from Chuck Missler's "Learn the Bible in 24 Hours". However, Mr. Missler omitted (or missed) the sycamore, apple and juniper trees and asserted that every tree in the Bible was present in these codes. Despite his mistake, there is an awesome code here.
