 , &c., usually served with a flavouring of
onion
 , garlic or leeks, and with a dressing of vinegar, oil,
mustard
 ,
pepper
  and
salt
 , or with a cream, for which there are many receipts; hard-boiled eggs, radishes and
cucumber
  are also added.
