FROGMORE , a mansion within the royal demesne of Windsor, England, in the Home Park, r m. S.E. of Windsor Castle. It was occupied by George III.'s queen, Charlotte, and later by the duchess of Kent, mother of Queen Victoria, who died here in 1861.
