EVERETT, CHARLES CARROLL (1829-1900) , American divine and philosopher, was born on the 19th of June 1829, at Brunswick , Maine . He studied at Bowdoin 'College, where he graduated in 185o, after which he proceeded to Berlin. Subsequently he took a degree in divinity at the Harvard Divinity School.
