This is the Weekly Devotional Message from
Jesus Christ Saves Ministries
http://www.JCSM.org
Over 2500 Links!
Hello!
We hope you're having a Jesus-filled morning!
The JCSM site is getting a makeover! Make sure you browse our links!
Tuesday, I'm discovering the sex of my child! It's in my wife's stomach and due in September. I'm hoping it's a boy, but either a boy or a girl will be fine. I'll let you know about it next week. Please pray that we have a healthy child.
Our first, live broadcast was a success! Thanks for your prayers and thanks to those who listened. We will be broadcasting on the first Thursday of every month. The next one will be on June 6th, at 6pm PST. If you want to come, the link will be http://broadcast.jcsm.org.
For those that missed our first broadcast or had a problem with the link (don't put "www" in front of the link), I'm re-airing our May 2002 broadcast this week. You can catch it at 5pm Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday (May 8th). We'll be playing three, great songs and I'll be telling you about my trip to Israel, my testimony and the history and future of JCSM. If you'd like the broadcast on cd, please let me know. At this time, we have no plans to upload it to the web.
If you've been watching or reading the news lately, you've noticed that over 100 Palestinians are taking refuge in Bethlehem's Church of the Nativity. Let's pray they leave soon and the church remains unharmed. I don't think it's any coincidence that the entire world is seeing people taking refuge in the place Jesus Christ was born. There's a great parallel there. Jesus is our only refuge and hope.
Would you like to have your favorite book on audio cd? I'm giving away a book of the Bible, in the NIV, to the third person who emails me. Ready, set, go!
Recently, I composed and emailed a "Surfability Questionnaire" to about 25 webmasters and friends. I received some great feedback and was able to improve the our web sites. If you have a suggestion or if you'd like to help us by filling out the questionnaire, please email me. We'd love your input.
Do you like Dave Hunt? Would you like a free book? You can get "A Cup of Trembling: Jerusalem and Bible Prophecy" if you're one of the first 2000 people to ask for it. I've read several of Hunt's books and I think he's an articulate, witty and thorough author. Here's the link for the free offer: http://www.thebereancall.org/crosswalk/signupb.htm.
Instead of having the "Word of the Week", we are going to start having the "Greek or Hebrew Word of the Week". We figured that it would be more beneficial to reveal some of the ancient language than to give an English definition. We hope you like it!
We've added a new web site to JCSM. "Modern Translations of the Bible vs. the KJV" shows many of the changes in the newer versions. You'll probably be amazed at the differences. Here's the link: http://www.jcsm.org/biblelessons/KJV.htm.
This week, I had the opportunity to witness to a person who claims to be a gay Christian. I read his web site and I was stunned how he could use scriptures (actually, twist scriptures) to promote his point of view and lifestyle. If you have some time, please check out his web page and email him some encouragement. This devotional message goes to many, loving Christians, so I'm praying that one of you can get through to him. Jonathon's site: http://members.aol.com/GaySaint. Jonathon's email address: GaySaint@aol.com.
The Dead Sea Scrolls were one of the most incredible, archaeological finds in history. The University of Southern California has posted them and described them on their web site. If you'd like to see them, go here: http://www.usc.edu/dept/LAS/wsrp/educational_site/dead_sea_scrolls/.
If you've enjoyed JCSM, please take a moment to sign our guest book! Link: http://guestbook.jcsm.org.
Do you enjoy your church? Would you like to tell the world about it? We've created an "International Church and Ministry Directory". We'd love to hear about yours! It may even help people to find a church when they're traveling or seeking. Here's our large and growing directory: http://intlchurchdir.jcsm.org.
Last month, my Christian rock/worship song, "3 in 1", was ranked #176 on MP3.com's Christian Rock music charts! I know it's not a "Top 10" hit, yet, but it was #176 on it's second day on MP3.com (with no advertizing or marketing)! Please come and take a listen when you have a chance! It's a meaningful song about God's character, motivating a life of perseverance and dedication. Here's the link: http://3in1.jcsm.org.
My new album will be recorded by the end of May. I've already recorded a new song called "Foundation" and it will be on MP3.com, soon. This album will be a sequel to "Free Food: The Yummy Album". I'll let you know more details as they come. The bottom line is that God has been blessing my skills on the guitar, so I've been writing and perfecting songs for His glory. Please pray for the future of the Free Food Band.
Last week, I downloaded one of the most useful (and free!) programs I've ever used. Do you get annoyed when your computer crashes? Do you download things from the internet? If you answered yes to either of those questions, you likely have a lot of programs running, in the background, on your computer. Most people don't even realize this. After downloading and using this program, my computer has been working much better. "StartupCop" can be found at http://www.download.com.
Did you do anything for Cinco de Mayo? I went to a Mexican church service that was given in Spanish! We had to use an interpreter, but it was still great. It lasted over 2 hours and the worship was about an hour of dancing and jumping around! Praise the Lord for their energy and faith.
A friend of mine has began a petition to President Bush to stop abortions. It's a very simple, online petition. If you'd like to read it and/or sign it, please go here: http://www.thePetitionSite.com/takeaction/417135522.
Don't forget Mother's Day is this Sunday! Get your mother something nice. If you've lost your mother, I pray that you are comforted on this day.
This Sunday, Jars of Clay is playing in San Diego! My wife and I are sitting in the center, balcony seats. If you'll be there, email me!
I pray that God blesses your spiritual walk with Him. If you seek Him and find Him, He will teach you and give you incredible things. Seek God's intangible gifts and His face, not just His hand. You'll see Him move in your life.
Are you getting this message every week? Are you receiving about twelve pages with this message? If this message isn't reaching you consistently or if it's shortened, you can always find these weekly devotions on our web site! Devotional archive: http://www.jcsm.org/devos.htm. Plus, if www.jcsm.org isn't working, please try www.jcsm.net.
This is your ministry, so please feel free to link to JCSM and forward these devotions to your friends and family. On the JCSM website, there are over 2500 links (pictures, midis, Bible lessons, humor, proverbial stories, links, devotions, poetry, prayer journals and much more!) and it has registered over 72,000 visits!
Would you like to support God's work on the web? If this ministry has touched you in a special way, please pray and consider sending a gift to JCSM. You can join us in our vision to reach people on the web with the good news! Either email me for more information or simply go here: http://donations.jcsm.org.
If you need to email me, please see the address below. Hitting "reply" to this message won't send an email to me. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience to you, however, rest assured that I will answer all of the emails I receive.
Welcome to the new recipients of this message! Here are the devotions, challenge, moment of introspection, the Hebrew word of the week and the quotations for the week. Have a fantastic week and God bless you!
Love in Christ,
Jason J. Gastrich

The Weekly Devotional Message
Day 1: "The Called"
Romans 8:28-31 "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?"
Ephesians 1:4-6, 11, 12 "He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved. In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory."
Prayer: "Thank you for calling us, Lord. Thank you for predestining us to go to Heaven! Thank you for also giving us a free will to choose You. Help us understand this perfect paradox. Thank you for having an awesome plan and dying for the entire world. Thank you for not wanting one person to perish. You are an awesome God. Bless us and make us like You. Help us to understand how knowing You is a huge privilege. Without You, where would we be? Praise You for being our God and for being such a good God. Thank you for giving us a set of rules that help us succeed and glorify You. Help us to obey You closely and deny false religions. Thank you for giving us your pure and holy Word. Help the doubters and haters to read it and find You, Lord. We know You can do mighty miracles. Save many more people before You rapture us home, Lord. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 2: "The Strongest Building"
Psalm 61:3 "For You have been a shelter for me, A strong tower from the enemy."
Proverbs 18:2, 10 "The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe."
Psalm 91:2 "I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust."
Jeremiah 16:19a "O LORD, my strength and my fortress, My refuge in the day of affliction."
Prayer: "Thank you for being our refuge, Lord. Thank you for being our awesome tower that nobody can bring down! Thank you for being the only, true place where we can have rest. Thank you for being good to us, Lord. Thank you for wanting us to work hard, glorify You, edify others and even have time for more things. Help us to use our time wisely. Help us to invest in You and in others. Forgive us for wasting time, Lord. Forgive us for running to other sources of sanctuary. Remind us how sweet your touch is and how nobody else offers us such love. Help us to love others like You love us. Thank you for being our great and mighty God. Let us learn your ways. Thank you for your awesome and mysterious Word. Bless us, increase our ministries, lay your hand on us and keep us from evil. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 3: "The Truth About Our Humanity"
Romans 7:15, 16 "For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do. If, then, I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that it is good."
Jeremiah 17:9 "The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?"
Isaiah 64:6 "But we are all like an unclean thing, And all our righteousness is like filthy rags; We all fade as a leaf, And our iniquities, like the wind, Have taken us away."
1 Corinthians 3:19, 20 "For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He catches the wise in their own craftiness; and again, The LORD knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile."
Acts 17:28a "In Him we live and move and have our being."
Prayer: "Thank you for being honest about our humanity; our flesh. Help us to understand our serious depravity and your ultimate holiness. Thank you for redeeming the falling race of humankind. Thank you for being a God that has promised to complete the work that You began in us. Touch us and let us feel your presence. Fill us with your Holy Spirit, Lord. Thank you for wanting us to be filled and ready to do mighty things in your holy name. Purify us. Remind us that we need to be speaking to You and listening to You, daily. Thank you for wanting to spend time with us. We don't deserve your presence, Lord. We don't deserve your awesome love. Help us to see You how You really are and worship You. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 4: "Jesus Christ's Divinity"
Hebrews 1 "God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. For to which of the angels did He ever say: You are My Son, Today I have begotten You? And again: I will be to Him a Father, And He shall be to Me a Son? But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: Let all the angels of God worship Him. And of the angels He says: Who makes His angels spirits And His ministers a flame of fire. But to the Son He says: Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of gladness more than Your companions. And: You, LORD, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, And the heavens are the work of Your hands. They will perish, but You remain; And they will all grow old like a garment; Like a cloak You will fold them up, And they will be changed. But You are the same, And Your years will not fail. But to which of the angels has He ever said: Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool? Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?"
Prayer: "Praise You for being holy and true, Lord. Thank you for giving us Jesus Christ's credentials, plainly and clearly. Help the verses in Hebrews and in many other parts of the Bible to remove all doubts that You are God and the promised Messiah. Thank you for miraculously fulfilling the Old Testament prophecies. There is no other person or god that could fulfill even a fraction of these prophecies; especially in these days. Thank you for doing many miracles. Thank you for rising from the dead. Thank you for being righteous, yet not arrogant or vain. Thank you for wanting our attention, but patiently knocking on our door. Help us to hear You and answer, immediately. Forgive us for ignoring You or putting off plans to follow You. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 5: "About the Truth"
John 8:32 "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."
Psalm 57:3 "He shall send from heaven and save me; He reproaches the one who would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth His mercy and His truth."
3 John 1:3 "For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth."
1 John 1:8 "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us."
John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
Prayer: "Thank you for giving us the awesome, pure truth of your Word! Thank you for the way your truth changes and molds us. Thank you that You are timeless and eternal. Help us understand how You keep your Word for eternity, while we cannot even keep our Word for a week, sometimes. Thank you for being an honorable God. Thank you for showing us how to be. Forgive us for going back on our word. Let us value our promises. Let us value things that we say we will do. Thank you for being bigger than our faults, Lord. Help us understand You and your truth. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 6: "The Controversial Country of Israel"
Deuteronomy 10:12, 13 "And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God require of you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments of the LORD and His statutes which I command you today for your good?"
Zechariah 12:2, 3 "Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it."
Psalm 122:6, 7 "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May they prosper who love you. Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces."
Micah 5:2 "But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting."
Matthew 2:1, 2 "Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, saying, Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him."
Revelation 21:2 "Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband."
Prayer: "Thank you for Israel, Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Thank you for all of the other holy sites in Israel, too. Thank you for the way that country is. Thank you for the Dead Sea, Mediterranean Sea, Sea of Galilee, the Red Sea and the Jordan River. Thank you for the interesting landscape. Bless those people. Thank you that they have such a rich and incredible history. Thank you for preserving their race, even though they were scattered abroad for nearly 2000 years! If you had not prophesied about this country, then they would have never remained and returned to Israel. You are a God that can do anything. Thank you for helping the faithless to believe, since Israel is a nation, they're back in their land and we're seeing signs of the end times. Help us to use Israel as a barometer for biblical prophecy. Let us watch for the peacekeeping unit that will be put there and how it fits into the beast's peace plan and army. Thank you for wise friends and people who study prophecy and national news. Bless them and their ministries. To You be all the glory, honor and praise. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 7: "Get Ready For War"
1 Samuel 17:47b "The battle is the LORD'S."
Isaiah 59:19 "When the enemy comes, like a flood, The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him."
2 Corinthians 10:3-6 "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled."
James 4:1, 2 "Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask."
1 Peter 2:11, 12 "Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation."
Prayer: "Thank you for essentially fighting our battles for us. Thank you for giving us angels to protect us and fight the evil spirits of darkness. Thank you for the power of prayer! Help us to understand how prayer moves and changes things. Thank you for changing us through our prayers. Thank you for already winning the battle because Jesus Christ rose from the dead! Thank you for beating the Devil and not letting us worry about anything. Help us to have confidence and trust in You. You have already done what You have said. We believe You will continue to do it. Thank you for having a great plan and showing it to the ones that want to know it. Give us great boldness and courage. Help us to fight the spiritual battles on the front lines. Don't let us cower in the corner while other people contend for the faith. Let us be a strong light in this dim world. We need to redeem the time because You will be taking us home, soon. You are our God. Help us to act like it. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Challenge
Read a book from beginning to end! I just finished two, great books, today. It's a great feeling to read, to read a Christian book and to finish it!
Find a topic that interests you. I really enjoy biblical prophecy, creation, counter-cult books, etc. Begin forming a library of the books you enjoy.
There are several great sites on the web for inexpensive books. Amazon.com and Allbookstores.com are the best places to start. Amazon will give you book reviews and Allbookstores will find you the cheapest prices!
God bless you as you meet this week's challenge!
A Moment of Introspection
Did you ever realize that you spend a lot of time worrying about the things you can't change and completely ignoring the things you can change?
Hebrew Word of the Week
Judah: yehudah - the name of five Israelites; also of the tribe descended from the first, and of its territory
The Quotations of the Week
Change your paradigms to change your results.
Everyone has a "dark side" or something they don't want people to see about them.
Part of me wants to do what's right and a part of me doesn't.
New paradigms open new opportunities for us.
The world says, "If it's gonna be, it's up to me."
God is intensely interested in and relevant for my life.
Is God on your radar?
You can change. You're not stuck like you are.
Are we willing to change?
We don't have to get our lives perfectly in order before coming to God.
Jesus left Heaven and came to Earth, showing us what God was like.
Sometimes change happens in an instant, but sometimes it is a process.
Conquering my dark side is a long-term process.
Do you think a problem that has taken years to develop could be eliminated in an instant?
The Devil will try and expose your dark side to the world to bring you down and destroy you.
Everyone wants to change the world, only the best want to change themselves.
Have confidence when you face trials because you know God stand with you.
God never leaves us with only one line of comfort; there are always many at hand.
God knows that standing for the truth isn't easy. He promises to stand with His people and bring glory.
Obedience to God's Word and submission to Him will result in spiritual prosperity.
Disobeying and rejecting God leads to judgment and poverty.
Thank God that He has made His will plain for us and He promises to help us do it.
Remember God's protection and bountiful blessings.
Ask God to be relentless in bringing you back to Him if you stray from His side.
God gives parents the responsibility to teach His commandments to His children.
The worship of God must be free from idolatry.
Are you involved in a local church? Decide today to make a greater commitment to that church.
God gave the Israelites rules that helped them keep His priorities.
The principles we follow today also help us keep perspectives right.
Remind yourself what is important.
Send money to someone in need.
Allow your perspective to be refocused.
God's law blesses us and simplifies our decision-making.
How do you view God's rules?
Set aside time this week for reflection.
Tough times either make or break you.
Think well on the tough times in your Christian past.
If you aren't utterly crushed from a hard time, you will grow from it.
Rubbing shoulders with people who are hostile to God will have a negative effect on you.
Learn to avoid sinful practices.
We should help others finish a job, even if we don't have a direct benefit.
Look for someone today with whom you can share some of your resources in Jesus' name.
God desires moral purity in His followers.
Remember, whatever God allows in your life or withholds from you is in your best interest.
The church is walking in victory because our Captain lives.
Praising and worshiping God ministers to our soul and mind.
If the God of all-power has called you to do something, don't be scared.
Are there thoughts of defeat in your mind?
God doesn't want your memories to render you stagnant.
God will not rest until He makes you perfect.
Don't let anyone make you doubt the promises of God.
Caleb conquered the three giants of Anak because he had three giants on his side (the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit).
What has you trembling?
Let the Holy Spirit free you from your bad memories.
Praise and worship changes your mentality.
These quotes came from God, me, the Inspirational Study Bible (with Max Lucado), Troy Lewis, Tolstoy, Edgar Dieguez and John White.
These quotes can be used for sanctification and fun. Most of them are directly based on scripture and scriptural principles. Some of my quotes are humorous or rhetorical. Some are written from sermons and Bible studies. Others are lyrics from songs. If you'd like me to go into more detail on any of them, please email me.
Like most verses in the Bible, they can be debated. To use what I've written in the most beneficial way, try and trace them back to the scriptures and apply the true principles to your life in a meaningful way! Please don't sell my quotes or publish them for profit. If English is not your first language, you may not understand some of the quotes. I'm sorry, but some of them are English metaphors and deal with multiple word meanings. God bless you all!
Please make a commitment to pray for this ministry. As every believer is tempted and tried, this ministry faces trials also. God has blessed me, JCSM and the people who have been reached! Unfortunately, the enemy knows this and spiritual warfare is the result. Please at least pray that the devotions continue to be sent religiously, the web pages stay on the www and the subscribers are blessed, sanctified and protected from evil. Thank you very much in advance!
Do you want to help people receive the good news? We share the gospel over 2.5 million times each year! Please join us in the great commission. We're reaching new people every day with God's awesome Word! If God has blessed you and you wish to send a love offering to me and my ministry, please email me and I'll give you our mailing address.
You can join our vision and help this ministry! Your donations will keep these ministries running and further our visions for evangelism. Hundreds of web pages have been created to lead people to the Lord. Frequently, we make new ones and they are used to bring more and more people into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. We're certain there will be more ways to reach people in the future.
Along with getting support, we also give support! JCSM regularly gives to churches and needy people. Another function of this ministry is to do counseling. We are always answering questions about life, the Lord and everything in between. Lastly, we do a lot of research on religious topics on the internet and library. You will definitely see the results of our hard work and your loving support, in the web pages, and in the weekly devotions!
For more about me and my service history, go to http://www.jcsm.org/misc/Resume.htm. For what I do, my ministries and giving, go to http://www.jcsm.org/Give2.htm.
If you have received these devotions from someone other than JCSM, please email us and we will send them to you, personally, each week. Don't worry. We don't send forwards or any other junk mail. Plus, we refrain from giving your name to anyone.
The devotions are sent on Mondays, our Bible lesson is sent on Fridays, the gospel is sent in the middle of every month and the monthly newsletter is sent on the 1st. These are the only messages we send, however, please email me us you wish to be removed from this list.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, please email me! I would love to share the gospel with you. The Bible is very straightforward when it speaks about Heaven, Hell and eternal life. If there is any doubt that you are going to Heaven when you die, please let me know today!
Would you like to feed starving people by simply clicking a button and paying absolutely nothing? Sponsors pay to donate food to hungry people all over the world. I click these nearly every day. It takes about 10 seconds and it donates food to needy people! Go here: www.stopthehunger.com and here www.thehungersite.com.
Go here to donate free Bibles to people: www.TheBibleSite.org. If you want to join a Christian organization that helps feed and clothe poor people, check into World Vision. You can see their site here: www.worldvision.com. Compassion International is another, great Christian organization that rivals World Vision. You can visit them here: www.ci.org.
Do you believe in evolution? If you can prove that the evolution of species has happened, Dr. Dino will give you $250,000. I know Kent Hovind and this is a legitimate offer. For more information, please see his web site: http://www.drdino.com.
JCSM now does regular mailings! If you are getting rid of your email or know someone who wants the devotions, but doesn't have email, please give us their address and we'll send them the devotions. If you don't have internet access, but want to read a certain web page or Bible lesson, let us know. We can copy and paste something into an email message for you. If you have internet access and need a great, online, study Bible, go here: http://bible.jcsm.org. I recommend using either the King James Version or the New King James Version Bible.
JCSM operates in Oceanside, California, United States. This ministry has been certified by the Evangelical Ministries to New Religions. EMNR is an accrediting body for sound, Christian ministries that preach the true gospel of God to people in other religions and cults. Their web site is located here: http://www.emnr.org.
Since April of 1997, the weekly devotional message has been sent on the internet. This message currently reaches over 39,000 people in 99 countries. To read a list of these countries, go here: http://www.jcsm.org/misc/countries.htm. To read the archived devotions online, go here: http://www.jcsm.org/devos.htm.
