Over 1500 Links!
Hello!
Are you ready for the most encouraging message sent after 3am? Here ya go and it's free, just for you!
Have you ever considered helping a poor, needy child? There are two, Christian organizations that have been doing this for years. For less than a dollar a day, you can help feed, clothe and educate a poor child. For more information, please visit these web sites: World Vision - www.worldvision.com ($26 per child, per month) and Compassion International - www.compassion.com ($28 per child, per month). My wife and I have been sponsoring one child and we just decided to begin supporting another.
Please pray for my new album. It's currently in the pre-production stages and we should start recording it any day! It will be a mixture of worship and original songs.
Lately, I've been blessed with several worship leading opportunities! Please pray that God increases my talents and helps me be a great worship leader. Leading others into worship is an awesome experience and privilege, so I want to do the best I can.
I have a new song on the web! "I Can't Wait Another Minute" was written in a time when I desperately needed God's help. Only hours after it was written, our faithful God came through! To read the lyrics and hear this song (for free, of course), go here: http://listeningroom.lycos.com/fan/bands/freefood/Band.html.
Last weekend, I had an awesome experience at the Worship Xcellence Conference (WX2001). We heard several great speakers and gifted bands! For people who want to worship God better, this site is a "must see"! For my five pages of notes, simply go here: http://www.jcsm.org/biblelessons/WX2001.htm.
I pray that God is making Himself known to you! Sometimes it's hard to hear God's voice, but if we listen closely and are determined to hear Him, we will. Keep seeking God! People love you and are praying for you!

Have you ever wanted to increase your library? Are you looking for rare, out of print or inexpensive books? If so, you have to see Half.com! Please email me if you'd like me to have them send you a $5 off coupon. It'll only take a minute and it'll help you save on books. http://www.half.com
If you've downloaded a virus, you'll be interested in this next site. Antivirus.com can help your computer "get well". This site also contains free, preventative, virus protection software! For some great protection, surf here: http://www.antivirus.com/pc-cillin/.
Do you know where Christians are being persecuted and killed because of their faith? Recently, I received a publication from "The Voice of the Martyrs" and it revealed this startling information. Please pray for the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, China, Comoro Islands, Cuba, Cyprus, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Laos, Libya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritania, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tibet (China), Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Yemen.
I have access to hundreds of emails from those countries and I will be sending the gospel to them. Please pray for this endeavor. If you'd like to learn more about "VOM" and the present persecution, you can either visit their web site or call them directly. Here is the info: http://www.persecution.com - Voice of the Martyrs - site and free magazine - 1-800-747-0085.
Yesterday morning, I woke up very early. I decided to do work on the web. God led me to an online Koran and I created a new web page. I've examined Islam's "holy book" and quoted the Koran on several subjects (The Christians and the Jews, Killing Others, The Denial of the Biblical Jesus Christ, The Costs of Unbelief and The Unbiblical Doctrines). If you'd like to read them or see a free, online, English, searchable Koran, please go here: http://koran.jcsm.org.
The new Delirious album has arrived! It is different, but good. It's growing on me and I'm not sure if any "blockbuster" worship songs will come from "Audio Lessonover?", but it's still a good album and worth hearing (if you're a big Delirious fan). Right now, you can only get it online from places like http://www.goldusa.com.
Yesterday, JCSM was notified that we've been accepted into EMNR! EMNR is the Evangelical Ministries to New Religions. They certify sound, biblical ministries that are reaching to people in cults, false religions, etc. Praise the Lord that we were accepted. Among other things, this certification will tell inquisitive people that JCSM is not a cult or heretical ministry. Incidentally, members on EMNR's Board of Directors are doctors and evangelists from Biola University, Cedarville College, the Watchman Fellowship, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Denver Seminary and several other ministries and churches. You can visit EMNR's web site at http://www.emnr.org.
Kent Hovind will be speaking at Horizon Christian fellowship on August 18 and 19! He is a great, Christian, Creation Scientist. I'll be hearing him at the Saturday night service (7pm). Here is his web site: http://www.drdino.com.
On Thursday, my wife is getting baptized! This should be an awesome time. I'm excited for her and her sister (both are getting baptized). Congratulations guys!
My summer, soccer camps are over. Thanks for your prayers and encouragement. The kids learned a lot and had fun.
Yesterday, I interviewed for a teaching job at a great, local, Christian school! They want me to teach Bible, History and guitar lessons! Please pray that I get the job if it's God's will. If it's not, I'll be content with substitute teaching and my current schedule which includes my internet ministry, guitar lessons, coaching, etc. However, I love kids and love teaching at Christian schools, so this is a great opportunity that God has opened for me.
My birthday was yesterday! I turned the big "27". Haha. Thanks for those who sent me birthday wishes. On Sunday, I had a great time at the circus with my wife and parents! Here is the circus' link: http://www.ringling.com.
Do you need a new worship album? Flicker Records (Audio Adrenaline's record company) is releasing "Soul Lift: Soundtrack For the Soul", today! This is a compilation album with many Christian artists that you'll recognize. They have some clips on their site and they sound very innovative and loopy! Here is their web site: http://www.flickerrecords.com/artists/soullift/.
Ardent Records is releasing a new album, today! "See You At The Pole" is a compilation cd based on the movement by young people to pray around their flagpoles! Skillet, Steve Wiggins (Big Tent Revival), Satellite Soul and several others are on this album. Here is their web site: http://www.ardentrecords.com/artists/syatp/syatp.html.
Are you receiving about twelve pages with this message? If this message is truncated, and perhaps you're only receiving half of it, you can always find these devotions on our web site! Simply go here: http://devos.jcsm.org.
This is your ministry, so please feel free to link to JCSM and forward these devotions to your friends and family. On the JCSM website, there are over 1500 links (pictures, midis, Bible lessons, humor, proverbial stories, links, devotions, poetry, prayer journals and much more!) and it has registered over 51,000 hits!
Would you like to support God's work on the web? If this ministry has touched you in a special way, please pray and consider sending a gift to JCSM. You can join us in our vision to reach people on the web with the good news! Please email me or see our address below.
Welcome to the recipients of this message! Here are the devotions, challenge, moment of introspection, the Bible word of the week, the Bible trivia question, last week's trivia answer, an excerpt from "The Revised and Expanded Answers Book" and the quotations for the week. Have a fantastic week and God bless you!
Love in Christ,

The Weekly Devotional Message
Day 1: "Blind, Deaf and Incomplete"
Revelation 3:17, 18 "Because you say, 'I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing'--and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked--I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see."
Matthew 7:37 "And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak."
John 9:39-41 "And Jesus said, For judgment I have come into this world, that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may be made blind. Then some of the Pharisees who were with Him heard these words, and said to Him, Are we blind also? Jesus said to them, If you were blind, you would have no sin; but now you say, We see. Therefore your sin remains."
Philippians 1:6 "Be confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."
Hebrews 12:1, 2 "Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."
Prayer: "Thank you for helping and healing us, Lord. Bless us, increase our ministry, lay your hand on us and keep us from evil. Thank you for healing our blindness. Let us see You more and more! Thank you for giving us salvation through Jesus Christ. Thank you for promising to complete the work You began in us. Give us more faith in You. Give us love for You and for others. Thank you for having an awesome plan for us. Help us to know your will. Thank you for your awesome Word! Let us read it, memorize it and apply it to our lives. Thank you for having mercy and patience on us. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 2: "Believe, Accept and Live It"
Romans 10:8-10 "But what does it say? The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart (that is, the word of faith which we preach): that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
James 2:19, 20 "You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe--and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?"
Matthew 8:28, 29 "When He had come to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two demon-possessed men, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass that way. And suddenly they cried out, saying, What have we to do with You, Jesus, You Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?"
Ecclesiastes 12:14 "For God will bring every work into judgment, Including every secret thing, Whether good or evil."
Prayer: "Thank you for wanting our whole-hearted devotion. Thank you for being a God that is so worthy of everything! Help us to remember that You have given us everything and we can give it all back to You. Thank you for giving us an awesome message of love. Thank you for sending Jesus to come to this Earth, die for our sins and rise from the dead! Thank you for not only saving us from Hell, but giving us an awesome life on Earth. Remind us that the sanctification process is something we should labor in. Make us like You, Lord. Forgive us and purify us. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 3: "God's Choice of Attitudes"
Isaiah 66:2 "For all those things My hand has made, And all those things exist, Says the LORD. But on this one will I look: On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, And who trembles at My word."
James 4:6 "But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble."
Mark 12:30, 31 "And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these."
Micah 6:8 "He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?"
Prayer: "Thank you for wanting us to have good attitudes. Forgive us for having bad ones. Thank you for the way that your love and positivity flows through us. Lift us up, Lord. Give us joy and peace. Remove our worries and fears. Give us self-control and wisdom. Help us to use words wisely. Let us not waste words or use them to hurt others or lift ourselves up all the time. Help us to praise You and sing to You. Reveal to us when we need You the most and help us to reach for You. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 4: "Be A Great Steward"
Luke 12:42-48 "And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season? Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. Truly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all that he has. But if that servant says in his heart, My master is delaying his coming, and begins to beat the male and female servants, and to eat and drink and be drunk, the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. And that servant who knew his master's will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more."
Prayer: "Thank you for telling us about life and your return. Let us be prepared for the rapture. Thank you for giving us so many awesome things. Help us to be great stewards of your gifts. Help us to see everything we have as a gift from You. Thank you for being patient with us when we are reluctant to give things to You and others. Forgive us for our selfishness. Thank you for the needy people that You put in front of us. Let us utilize the opportunities that we have for ministry. Remind us that we will want to have stories, when we are in Heaven for eternity, that glorify You. Teach us how sad it will be to have no eternal riches and no stories of faith and blessings. To You be all the glory, honor and praise! In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 5: "Search Deep Within Me and Help Me"
1 Samuel 16:7b "For the LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."
Psalm 7:9 "For the righteous God tests the hearts and minds."
Psalm 139:23 "Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties; And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting."
Psalm 26:2 "Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; Try my mind and my heart."
Psalm 19:12 "Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults."
Prayer: "Thank you for helping us, Lord. Thank you for putting us on this Earth and wanting us to walk with You. Thank you for never abandoning us. Remind us that You see everything - even our darkest secrets. Let us be honest with You. Show us where we need to make changes, Lord. Reveal to us our hidden sins. Help us to love the people You send to us to tell us about our sins. Praise You for having awesome ways! There's no other God like You. Let us listen to You and the Holy Spirit and not despise You. Thank you for loving us enough to look inside of us and help us become like You. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 6: "Could He Be Any Closer?"
Proverb 18:24 "A man who has friends must himself be friendly, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother."
1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it."
1 Corinthians 6:19 "Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?"
James 4:8 "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded."
Romans 10:8 "But what does it say? The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart (that is, the word of faith which we preach)."
Prayer: "Praise You for being so close! Remind us that You are in us and very near. Thank you for being beyond our comprehension and everywhere at once! Remind us that You are a God that defies logic and natural laws. Praise You for confounding the "wise" people of this Earth. Thank you for making "fools" wise when they read and obey your Word. Thank you for helping us endure or flee our temptations. Help us to see when and where we are tempted. Give us great, spiritual strength to win our battles! Thank you for the angels that protect us and do your will. Lift us up and help us to win, Lord. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Day 7: "We Are His"
Ephesians 2:10 "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."
1 Corinthians 6:10 "For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
2 Corinthians 4:7 "But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us."
1 John 3:1 "Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him."
Isaiah 64:8 "But now, O LORD, You are our Father; We are the clay, and You our potter; And all we are the work of Your hand."
Psalm 100:3 "Know that the LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture."
Prayer: "Thank you for making us and wanting us. Thank you for loving us more than we love ourselves. Help us to understand your incomprehensible love! Thank you for molding us. Help us not to fight your will. Let us not envy others, but accept our part in the body of Christ. Thank you for making every believer an important part of the body of Christ. Thank you for taking the time to shape us. Praise You for being such an awesome Creator and Father! Let us emulate You. Let us not walk like the unbelievers. Remind us that we are your children, so we need to act like it. Thank you for being our awesome shepherd. Let us follow You. Thank you for telling us what You are like in your Word. Remove our sins and lets us follow You closer. To You be all the glory, honor and praise, forever and ever! In Jesus' name, Amen."
Challenge
Pray for the countries that are persecuting and killing Christians. The list is above. Also, pray for the Christians, that they can stand strong and spread the good news, at any cost.
A Moment of Introspection
Do you quote your pastor or God's Word?
It's great to remember the things your pastor says (assuming your pastor is godly and teaches sound doctrines). However, it's even better to know what God says.
Try taking the things your pastor says and finding where in the Bible they came from. Hopefully, his words illustrate biblical principles. Only God's Word is eternal and perfect. Memorize and quote as much of it as you can!
Unfortunately, many Christians know what their pastors has said, but when they are asked what the Bible says, they don't know. Are you one of those Christians? If so, open your Bible and find God's awesome truths! There are some great, free, online, study Bibles on the web. Here is one that you could use to do research: http://www.bible.crosswalk.net.
The Bible Word of the Week
Ecclesiastes: preacher (translated from the Hebrew word qoheleth), incidentally, biblical scholars think Solomon wrote the book of Ecclesiastes, but they're not completely certain
The Bible Trivia Question
Did Jesus ever claim to be God?
(Email me your answer!)
Last Week's Bible Trivia Answer
David was given the title "Man After God's Own Heart". See Acts 13:22.
An Excerpt from "The Revised and Expanded Answers Book" by Ken Ham, Jonathan Sarfati and Carl Wieland
Anomalies in Deep Rock Crystals
Physicist Dr. Robert Gentry has pointed out that the amount of helium and lead in zircons
from deep bores is not consistent with an evolutionary age of 1,500 Ma for the granite rocks
in which they are found. The amount of lead may be consistent with current rates of decay
over millions of years, but it would have diffused out of the crystals in that time.
Furthermore, the amount of helium in zircons from hot rock is also much more consistent
with a young earth (helium derives from the decay of radioactive elements).
The lead and helium results suggest that rates of radioactive decay may have been much
higher in the recent past. Humphreys has suggested that this may have occurred during
creation week and the flood. This would make things look much older than they really are
when current rates of decay are applied to dating. Whatever caused such elevated rates of
decay may also have been responsible for the lead isotope conversions claimed by Cook.
Orphan Radiohalos
Decaying radioactive particles in solid rock cause spherical zones of damage to the
surrounding crystal structure. A speck of radioactive element such as Uranium-238, for
example, will leave a sphere of discoloration of characteristically different radius for each
element it produces in its decay chain to lead-206. Viewed in cross-section with a
microscope, these spheres appear as rings called radiohalos. Dr. Gentry has researched
radiohalos for many years, and published his results in leading scientific journals.
Some of the intermediate decay products -- such as the polonium isotopes -- have very short
half-lives (they decay quickly). For example, Po has a half-life of just 3 minutes. Curiously,
rings created by polonium decay are often found embedded in crystals without the parent
uranium halos. Now the polonium has to get into the rock before the rock solidifies, but it
cannot derive from a uranium speck in the solid rock, otherwise there would be a uranium
halo. Either the polonium was created (primordial, not derived from uranium), or there have
been radical changes in decay rates in the past.
Gentry has addressed all attempts to criticize his work. There have been many attempts,
because the orphan halos speak of conditions in the past, either at creation of after, perhaps
even during the flood, which do not fit with the uniformitarian view of the past, which is the
basis of the radiometric dating systems. Whatever process was responsible for the halos could
be a key also to understanding radiometric dating.
The Quotations of the Week
Be a spiritual gladiator!
If you have a bunch of people trying to teach, who is really listening and learning?
God uses the very best tools for the job.
I'm quite certain that Jesus put His arms and legs on the cross where they could be nailed, even after the first and second nails sunk into His body.
Every Christian is a tool of God.
For every tool of God, there has to be power behind it and a purpose for it.
God never throws away His tools.
Some people resist God like a nail that bends when it's supposed to go straight into wood.
Nails are dependent on a hammer like Christians are dependent on God.
Just like specialized tools, God has made us for special jobs and purposes.
God uses everyone in different ways and it's all for His glory.
God won't give you certain gifts until you desire and accept them.
Faith plays a big role in accepting God's plan for us.
Faith accepts the good, even when it isn't tangible.
Having faith makes life less stressful.
Do you believe God has an awesome plan for you?
Have an attitude of thankfulness, boldness and humility.
Are you depending on God's security or other sources of security.
In what ways have you sought God with only part of your heart?
God's whole world is God speaking to us.
Expect healing from God.
Do you quote your pastor or God's Word?
Faith brings salvation, blessings and rewards.
Have faith that makes you even want to die for Christ.
Avoid worldly wisdom.
Preach the mysteries of God.
A good steward uses the gifts that God gives.
Only God and His Word should judge people.
The natural man cannot discern like the spiritual man can.
God chooses to judge our motives and not our appearance.
There are several spiritual reasons why you are where you are.
Be real with God and He will bless you.
Do you feel like your pastor is talking to you when he preaches a sermon?
God wants to get you to a point where you only trust God and His Word.
Let God's Word challenge you and meet His challenge.
Some are willing to do things for Christ, but fewer are willing to die for Him.
Pride and arrogance keep us from God's blessings.
Don't sing to songs that have impure messages.
Leave the things that get in between you and God.
Don't let your job or extracurricular activities get in the way of loving God and spending enough time with Him.
Learn how to stop everything and pray.
Pulpit ministry and one on one ministry is different and both are wonderful.
Timothy was 19 when he was planting churches, so don't think younger people are unable to minister.
If you're consistently living your life to glorify God, He won't have to chasten you very often.
Hopefully, you're attending your church because God is calling you there.
Do you have any idea what God has called you to do in life?
Identify what God has called you to do and make a plan to do it.
If God has told you what to do and you're not doing it, you are in sin.
God ordains our position so that we can show God's love to those around us.
God has placed you where you can help others.
Get to know others who have a problem that you've overcome and share to them what has helped you.
If you have a feeling that God is calling you to do something, you must discover if you're feeling God's prompting or not.
God calls you according to His plan; not your plan.
God's plans are better and deeper than ours.
If you're having a reoccurring feeling or prompting that's not from you, it could be from God.
God has equipped all of His believers to excel at doing a job for Him.
The Holy Spirit explains things that humans cannot.
God is molding us into something so we can do something for Him.
Sometimes, a quick prayer isn't enough. Take a few minutes to pray about important things.
Faith is more than a belief in God. It is also a way of life.
What are you doing to encourage others?
There is always the element of the unknown when you have faith.
When I stop praying, I tend to revert to my old, sinful self.
If you can't stop thinking positively about your job, there is a good chance you were called to it by God.
Have a passion for God and His calling in your life.
If you aren't doing something for God, you're getting in the way.
Let God fan a huge flame in your heart.
Whatever you chase that isn't from God is a waste of time.
When one comes to Christ in faith and is born again, he or she is brought back from the dead into life.
If you can't write your calling or an idea, for example, you don't know what they are.
Following God is fun!
It's about God; not what you think.
In the kingdom of God, failure is disobedience.
If you obey God's calling to preach to 20,000 people and none get saved, you have succeeded.
The church body is a team and not a show.
These quotes came from God, me, the Inspirational Study Bible (with Max Lucado), Tyrone Moore, Nathan and Miles McPhearson.
These quotes can be used for sanctification and fun. Most of them are directly based on scripture and scriptural principles. Some of my quotes are humorous or rhetorical. Some are written from sermons and Bible studies. Others are lyrics from songs. If you'd like me to go into more detail on any of them, please email me.
Like most verses in the Bible, they can be debated. To use what I've written in the most beneficial way, try and trace them back to the scriptures and apply the true principles to your life in a meaningful way! Please don't sell my quotes or publish them for profit. If English is not your first language, you may not understand some of the quotes. I'm sorry, but some of them are English metaphors and deal with multiple word meanings. God bless you all!
Please make a commitment to pray for this ministry. As every believer is tempted and tried, this ministry faces trials also. God has blessed me, JCSM and the people who have been reached! Unfortunately, the enemy knows this and spiritual warfare is the result. Please at least pray that the devotions continue to be sent religiously, the web pages stay on the www and the subscribers are blessed, sanctified and protected from evil. Thank you very much in advance!
Do you want to help people receive the good news? We share the gospel over 1 million times each year! Please join us in the great commission. We're reaching new people every day with God's awesome Word! If God has blessed you and you wish to send a love offering to me and my ministry, please send it to the address below.
You can join our vision and help this ministry! Your donations will keep these ministries running and further our visions for evangelism. Hundreds of web pages have been created to lead people to the Lord. Frequently, we make new ones and they are used to bring more and more people into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. We're certain there will be more ways to reach people in the future.
Along with getting support, we also give support! JCSM regularly gives to churches and needy people. Another function of this ministry is to do counseling. We are always answering questions about life, the Lord and everything in between. Lastly, we do a lot of research on religious topics on the internet and library. You will definitely see the results of our hard work and your loving support, in the web pages, and in the weekly devotions!
For more about me and my service history, go to http://resume.jcsm.org. For what I do, my ministries and giving, go to http://vision.jcsm.org.
If you have received these devotions from someone other than JCSM, please email us and we will send them to you, personally, each week. Don't worry. We don't send forwards or any other junk mail. Plus, we refrain from giving your name to anyone.
The devotions are sent on Monday nights. The gospel is sent on the 11th of every month and the monthly newsletter is sent on the 20th. These are the only messages we send, however, please email me us you wish to be removed from this list. If you prefer to receive the devotions in Spanish, send us a request because the devotions have been reaching the Spanish speaking community for over a year!
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, please email me! I would love to share the gospel with you. The Bible is very straightforward when it speaks about Heaven, Hell and eternal life. If there is any doubt that you are going to Heaven when you die, please let me know today!
Are you having trouble in life and need someone to talk to? You can call the youth crisis hotline at 1-800-HIT-HOME, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their motto is "help, not hassle". YDI pays for these calls and has helped over 1 million people! They are also looking for people to answer calls. Their web site is at www.1800hithome.com.
Would you like to feed starving people by simply clicking a button and paying absolutely nothing? Sponsors pay to donate food to hungry people all over the world. I click these nearly every day. It takes about 10 seconds and it donates food to needy people! Go here: www.stopthehunger.com.
Go here to donate free Bibles to people: www.TheBibleSite.org. If you want to join a Christian organization that helps feed and clothe poor people, check into World Vision. You can see their site here: www.worldvision.com. Compassion International is another, great Christian organization that rivals World Vision. You can visit them here: www.ci.org.
JCSM now does regular mailings! If you are getting rid of your email or know someone who wants the devotions, but doesn't have email, please give us their address and we'll send them the devotions. If you don't have internet access, but want to read a certain web page or Bible lesson, let us know. We can copy and paste something into an email message for you. If you have internet access and need a great, online, study Bible, go here: www.biblestudytools.net. I recommend using either the King James Version or the New King James Version Bible.
We have been certified by EMNR (Evangelical Ministries to New Religions), which is an accrediting body for sound, Christian ministries that preach the true gospel of God to people in other religions and cults. Their web site is located here: http://www.emnr.org.
Since April of 1997, the weekly devotional message has been sent on the internet. This message currently reaches over 21,000 people in 99 countries. To read a list of these countries, go here: http://www.jcsm.org/misc/countries.htm. To read the archived devotions online, go here: http://devos.jcsm.org.
